Coating
Goldrich applies a number of coatings, whether inline or in subsequent
operations to enhance either the functionality or the appearance of the
final product.
Blister and Skin Heat Seal
These coatings are applied to enable a board to accept a plastic blister or a skin film and ensure a strong seal as well as a pleasing appearance. Goldrich has been a leading supplier of both blister card and skinboards for many years and have developed an expertise in functioning these processes.
U.V./Aqueous/Solvent Coatings
These coatings are applied to enhance the appearance of, and afford a level of protection to the printed surface of the final packaging. The choice as to the type of coating is dependent on the desired affect and they may be applied over the entire surface of the package or in selected areas for a dramatic effect.
Die Cutting
Goldrich utilizes a number of diecutting machines in our manufacturing
operations, some equipped with autostripping capabilities. Dies are
produced by laser, ensuring precision accuracy.
Folding & Gluing
Goldrich has high-speed folder/gluers which can produce straight-line, 4
corner, 6 corner, and most other types of folding cartons quickly and
within close tolerances - assuring our clients that their folding cartons
will feed effortlessly into today's modern, automated, high-speed packaging
equipment once in our client's facilities.
